In an unfortunate scenario where the refund of the amount is claimed, Transcending Borders Corporation’s (www.tborders.com) and TB Transcending Borders Online Courses’ (www.courses.tborders.com) strict Refund Policy is given as below;

Any refund request should be made in a written email/letter stating the exact reason for the Refund claim, which will immediately lead to suspension or termination of services.

Transcending Borders Corporation and Transcending Borders Corporation Online Courses are eligible for compensation for their time, experience, expertise, advisory, consulting, and services. Any amount earned in its scope of services is not refundable unless expressly declared.

Management Fees and Consulting Fees:

Management Fees and Consulting fees are treated as advance payment and considered as earned against the time and services of the Consultant, except the termination of the agreement for cause where;

  • Suppose the premature termination happens before rendering the complete services. In that case, a fair calculation will be made per the professional services rate and any reimbursements, and a portion of the unearned amount will be refunded to the Client.
  • If the full scope of services is completed, the Client might not be eligible for a refund. 
  • A full refund will be issued in case of a technical error such as double charging or other cases for which Transcending Borders Corporation is responsible.
  • A refund claim is acceptable in case of the inability or incompetency of service execution. A fair compensation calculation against the time and effort must be evaluated in this case.
  • Any success fee, referral fee, brokerage fee, commission, or repatriation, once earned, is not refundable.
  • In any particular service request, the refund policy stated and described in its service contract is considered an annex to this refund policy and is enforceable.
  • Any refunds requested due to a customer error will be subject to a $ 100.00 administration charge once approved.

Self-paced Online Courses

No transfer or refund is permitted for online courses once you have access to the online course unless:

  • A refund request is submitted to Transcending Borders Corporation is requested three days after full payment of the course.
  • An online course is specified during registration, and the course program is paid in full and generally started at the learner’s convenience.

Scheduled online course:

  • Transcending Borders Corporation will issue a full refund five days before the online course scheduled start date.
    • Suppose a cancellation request is submitted less than five days from the beginning of the online webinar event. In that case, Transcending Borders Corporation will issue a refund minus a $50.00 cancellation fee. Click here to request a webinar cancellation/refund. 

Online Webinars:

Since space is limited in our online webinars, Transcending Borders Corporation will issue a full refund three days before the webinar’s scheduled start date.  

Suppose a cancellation request is submitted less than three days from the beginning of the online webinar event. In that case, Transcending Borders Corporation will issue a refund minus a $20.00 cancellation fee. Click here to request a webinar cancellation. 

  • No transfer of registration is allowed for online webinar events.

Venue Workshops and Bundled Consulting Services:

Since space is limited at the workshops and time is reserved for workshop and consulting services, Transcending Borders Corporation will issue a refund seven days before the workshop/consulting services start.  Suppose a cancellation request is submitted less than seven days from the beginning of the workshop/consulting event. In that case, Transcending Borders Corporation will issue half of the initial cost, including a $100.00 cancellation fee.

Suppose a registrant cannot attend a workshop. In that case, Transcending Borders Corporation will allow the registrant to transfer their registration and any related bundled consulting services with the exact dollar match to another person or business with Transcending Borders Corporation’s written permission.

Transcending Borders Corporation will require the transferee to provide complete registration information seven days before the workshop/consulting service event starts. Click here to request to transfer registration.

  • Consulting services that are not coupled with a workshop are not transferable.

Canceled Workshops By Transcending Borders

If a workshop is canceled, Transcending Borders Corporation will reschedule the workshop at the exact location or another location within 25 miles of the original site (the “Rescheduled Workshop”).

Each registrant will be notified of such change by email (the “Notice) and automatically registered for the Rescheduled Workshop.

Suppose the registrant cannot attend the Rescheduled Workshop and there is no other workshop that the registrant can attend as a substitute for the original workshop. In that case, the registrant must provide an email or written request for a refund within seven days of the date of the Notice (the “Refund Request”).   • Those who have purchased bundled consulting hours will have the option to reschedule those hours in conjunction with the workshop that they attend.

If a Refund Request is made, Transcending Borders Corporation will refund the total amount paid for the canceled workshop and related bundled consulting services, if applicable, minus the $25.00 processing fee, within 30 days of the Refund Request.

Consulting Services:

For pre-paid consulting services not part of the bundled consulting services related to a workshop, the client must submit a notice of termination of services as per the client’s engagement letter. Transcending Borders Corporation will refund the total amount of such a payment minus consulting fees and expenses incurred through the date of termination of services. And a $25 processing fee.

  • No payment amount shall be refundable for consulting services paid upon receipt of an invoice for services rendered.

Any refund, once approved, will be processed within 30-45 working days.

Refunds will be issued through the Original Mode of Payment or via Bank Transfer or Check where it is impossible to refund via the original mode of payment.

You will receive an email when the refund has been processed. So that you know, it may take up to two complete billing cycles for your credit to appear on your credit card statement.
