I am a daughter, parent, wife, mother, college graduate, and military retiree! I am the CEO and Founder of a company; I am outspoken yet humble!
I believe in transparency, am passionate about helping others, am overwhelmingly organized, and am highly imperfect… this is only part of my signature! (trust me, I can go and on)
All those things above make me great!
My ability to accept and value others makes me a transparent and accountable leader, especially when I am the most resistant.
But what makes me an excellent consultant and coach is the time, energy, and dedication I use to support you in being the best! If you feel your best, you will do your best and encourage others to be their best; well, you get the point right. 
My Past
As a twenty-five-year veteran in personal development, training, and education, I have dedicated my life to helping people improve their lives through knowledge and skills training applicable to today’s society like never before!
Throughout my career, it has become clear that not all leaders are created equally. Some understand their value and how this manifests within their respective roles. Others may feel management responsibilities are just something worth going through hoops for – even if there isn’t anything more than mundane tasks (or worse yet…).
My Future
So I started this company, “Transcending Borders Corporation,” a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business! Our organization is designed for introspection, growth, creativity, motivation, and change. Most importantly, so will you collectively have resources and tools to assist you in finding peace in whom YOU choose to be.
We do this by focusing on organizational and individual programs designed for organizational improvement and personal development that will benefit all parties and the communities in which we live.
Assisting people to tap into their true potential is a blessing. When given the opportunity, it is exciting when others allow me on their transformation journey to reclaim or redefine themselves through a new lens!
